About Us

Situated in Salem, Massachusetts, House of Promise Church has been under the stewardship of Lead Pastors Richard and Marleny Hyatt since December 2022. Their journey to this role was marked by 22 years of involvement in Pastor Felix & Maira Guererro's ministry, under whose guidance they were ordained. At the core of their belief system and unwavering enthusiasm lies the mission to unveil the Truth of Jesus and the promises rooted in His sacrificial death, burial, and triumphant resurrection. Their ultimate vision is to communicate the gospel through a contemporary and progressively evolving approach, with a strong emphasis on impacting not only their local community and city but also the broader global audience. Married since 2013, they reside in Lynn, nurturing their family of four beautiful children.

At House of Promise Church, our vision is to unveil the truth about Jesus and His promises, which were given through His death, burial, and resurrection to reconcile us all back to the Father as His children, highlighting our reconciled identity in Christ as Sons of God. We aim to illuminate this truth, guiding individuals toward a deeper understanding of our divine heritage and purpose.

Our mission is to bring together the body of Christ from all walks of life through the power of the Gospel. Following the example set by Jesus. After His resurrection, we are commissioned to spread the message of His love and establish His kingdom on earth. As Jesus spoke to His disciples in Galilee, He emphasized the importance of unwavering love, devotion to one another, and willingness to sacrifice everything for the sake of their mission. Therefore, our mission is to spread the good news of His love and display God's Spirit through miracles, signs, and wonders by living the example he set being his hands and feet on earth to restore, heal, and liberate God's people. To fulfill this mission, we are committed to serving and assisting the people of our community by supporting families, men, women, and children. Through acts of compassion and tangible support, we aim to provide resources, encouragement, and spiritual guidance that meet the unique needs of each individual. Whether it’s offering mentorship to men, empowerment, and healing to women, nurturing and guidance to children, or holistic support to families, we strive to reflect Christ’s love in every interaction. Our goal is to be a source of hope, restoration, and unity, building a stronger community centered on God’s love and truth.

The Father

God is great: He is all-powerful, all-knowing, ever-present, unchanging, completely worthy of our trust, and above all, holy. It is in Him that we live, move, and exist. God is good: He is our Father. He is loving, compassionate, and faithful to His people and His promises.
